Welcome to my Guesthouse in central Glastonbury. Soulwise is specialised in Personal Retreats & Healing Mini-breaks to relax and heal your heart and soul. If you are looking for a peaceful and joyous atmosphere whilst you are staying in Glastonbury, then you are more than welcome. |
You will stay in the spacious en-suite Twin Room at the top of the house, with car parking close by. Breakfast is included and tailored to your needs. We are only a two-minute walk away from the Glastonbury High street and situated right in between the Abbey, the Chalice Well and Tor and Weary-All Hill. The house breathes an atmosphere of joy, peace and kindness. At Soulwise we offer a home to rest rather than just a room. By car from Shepton Mallet
Follow the A361 till Glastonbury, you drive past the Tor into Chilkwell Street. Take the first roundabout left, into Bere lane. (= Keep following direction Street and A361)
Take a right
at the end of Bere Lane, downhill. At the roundabout halfway down take a left turn into
Street Road. My house is on the righthand side, 4 Park Terrace.
Parking
To park drive on and turn right into the little alley before the zebra crossing. This alley is called Magdalene Close. Alternatively you can drive on, past the zebra and take the next right turn into Morrisons car park. From there you can walk into Magdalene Close and
take a left at the top to my house, the 4th from the corner.
By Car from Wells
Follow the A39 to Glastonbury en keep following it around Glastonbury. It takes you through 4 roundabouts: the first one take a right, the 2nd and 3rd you go straight and the 4th roundabout, next to the Texaco gas station, turn left. This is Street Road. From here take a left on the 2nd turn and you will drive into Morrisons car park, where you can park. Or drive on and turn right into the little alley straight after the zebra crossing. This alley is called Magdalene Close. If you are at the top of Magdalene Close my house is the 4th on the left.
From the Parking lot you walk up Magdalene Close (is a little alley just left from the back
of the 4 white houses) my house is the 3rd from the corner, named ‘Headingly’.

Coming to Glastonbury by Plane
If you are travelling to England by Plane, flying into Bristol airport is the best thing to do. Bristol airport is a very nice and easy, small airport, never too busy and getting your luggage won’t take long. Definitely recommended by us!
From there you can either take a taxi to Glastonbury, or ask us to book you one in advance so they’ll be waiting for you. Or you can travel here by bus via the Bristol Bus station. (Coming in by taxi will cost you about £45,- (GBP).)

Coming to Glastonbury by Train
Castle Cary is the closest train station you can travel to. From there you can be picked up by a taxi that we can pre-book for you
