I was talking about trust to one of my clients this morning. Like many of us, she's got trust issues and I so understand them. I used to have them too, still sometimes do. What came through for her just made such sense that I thought it a good idea to share it ...

C: "... but who CAN you trust really. People generally choose for themselves in any threathening situation. Life threathening or not, they'll 'save' themselves first. You never know who's going to let you down, do you?... "

Me: " The image your soul is showing me is that of the sun in the sky, after a huge thundering downpour or even maybe a tornado. One that you have been unexpectedly caught in... Do you then mistrust or judge the sun in the sky once it comes out after it has been thundering and raining? ....  Or... do you just enjoy the sun, the warmth when it comes out, knowing that it is to be enjoyed here and now as it won't last forever. Can you trust that sun in that moment, can you trust the sky to treat you right in that moment? wold you ever shout at the sun or the sky for having thundered or do you know that's just how it is, it's nature..."

C: "I see what you mean... " Nothing else needed to be explained, she's now got a different outlook on trust. A less perfect and a less high demanding one.

I love the beauty and simplicity of the images and feelings, the interpretations that the soul often shows me in coachings and soul reading sessions.
