After a very busy two months: making essences in Scotland, re-writing my book in Malta, coming back to the UK for a week and a half of sessions here, to then go off for a week of sessions in Holland! Life is exciting.

A new article from Sacha is out this week. The two-page article 'Winter's Deep Sleep', is about the natural need and benefits of hybernation, sleep and rest to re-energize yourself during the darker days of the year. After a wonderful white and very creative Christmas, Sacha has been in bed due to a stomach flu in the past few days and will be taking a few extra days to recover completely. She'll be back at work on the 6th of January. Enjoy your first week of this bright new year.

Sacha just returned from a very successful 10-day work trip to Holland, where she gave 42 soul readings and deep peace treatments in 4 different cities during only 7 days. She's now having some time off to recover from the heavy duty workschedule but will be back at work towards the end of this week. (If you already have a confirmed appointment for this week, then these will remain as planned.)

In the past six months Sacha has been focussing on promoting her treatments in the UK. Last week she had the opportunity to promote her work backstage at the MOBO awards in Liverpool, to top stars like double award winners JLS, Nelly, Mark Ronson, Alesha Dixon, Professor Green, N-Dubz, Skepta, Jay Sean and Jermaine Jackson.
Many artists suffer from stress, fatigue and an inability to relax in a healthy way before or after performing and Sacha spoke to some of them and their band members personally about the benefits of deep relaxation and inner peace. Artists are often sensitive to energy and spirituality and Sacha's deep and transformative relaxation work was warmly welcomed. Some could even instantly feel her inner peace as she spoke with them.(You can see the pictures in the next few days and weeks on Twitter and Facebook!)
Sacha will be backstage at the MOBO Awards next week together with talented Dr. Barbara Olioso from Forest Secrets Skincare. She's there to support Barbara but will of course spread her own work: especially her personal coaching and hypnotherapy for performance optimisation and deep relaxation.

Sacha was recently interviewed by the 'Health and Beauty' editors of AREA, Bristol's premier lifestyle magazine. She's described as the newest 'Relaxation Hotspot' in Bristol. Her treatments are now available in Clifton. The feature about Sacha's treatments will be out in their September issue. The feature reads 'just being in Sacha’s company for a short while has a relaxing effect that is quite incredible!' and '...it probably is the most relaxing treatment you will ever experience.'

Sacha was recently interviewed by RED Magazine for her expert advice on learning how to meditate. RED wanted Sacha's take on meditation for people who don't really want to go to lessons or have the time to dedicate to it.
RED magazine also sampled Sacha's 'Honouring Yourself' CD, and recognised the effect and benefits of using this as an effective way to achieve deep relaxation in the comfort of your own home, without the need to attend a class but to start out with meditation and relaxation a few sessions with a personal coach ( either by phone or face to face) are beneficial to getting past your thoughts and questions or other obstacles that may arise!
